Urethane is a polymer which will retain shape but has a spring type memory. A urethane coated fiberglass would buy you nothing in chip resistance. Stillen GTZ-R2 is agressive (if you by agressive you mean so fugly I'd rather screw Rosie O'Donnell than put that fascia on my car) and is made of urethane. Other urethane choices include Wings West and Nismo 1999 JDM. Bomex makes some attractive and less hideous options than what Veilside turns out, but they are also fiberglass. Also, there are varying levels of quality in fiberglass fascias. Handlaid vs. spray molded, different resin additives. Search google or here for more information, my fingers hurt.
